That's the way bounties work. If it drops your reputation below the threshold for a privilege, you lose the privilege. You'd lose the same way if you lost the privilege for another reason (because some of your answers were unaccepted, because you received or cast downvotes, because some of your posts were deleted, etc.). Not exactly when we graduated, but when we got our "graduated design" (which was a little later). While in beta, levels for a site are significantly lower to help it build up. Once it's graduated and gets its "mature design", that "helping hand" is gone as "the child has risen and can walk on its own feet". Quoting the relevant post, which is New Site Design!...

All per-site metas don't have anything in the privileges page. Per-site meta privileges reflect those that you have on the main site. I believe that this has to do with the fact that you can't earn reputation on Meta, and thus a privilege page for it would be somewhat unneeded and weird.

Yes it is. The privilege you mention is the privilege of reviewing tag wiki edits proposed by others. These proposals appear in the Suggested Edits review queue alongside suggested edits of posts. Any edit that you propose must still be reviewed. In order to edit a tag wiki without your edit being reviewed by others, the privilege is Trusted User. ...

I agree that it's a bug. This should just say “high-reputation”: it reads better, and it's easier technically since the text is shared between sites.

I don't think any change is necessary. We actually don't want "external" users coming in here with no idea how to use the site and messing up the taxonomy of tags. However during beta the thresholds are already very low to earn the prigs to do this. If you are completely new to Stack Exchange you will need to earn 150 rep points an order to add tags. This ...
